When to Booking

It is advisable to plan your trip at least two or three months in advance in order to secure limited seats on Druk Air and Bhutan airline that flies into Bhutan. Moreover the hotels catering to tourists are limited and will be difficult to obtain good hotels and flights during the peak season; so the earlier, the better for you. You can also contact us for further information so that we can serve you better.

As Jamyang Tours & Travels is one of the government approved companies, reservations/booking can be made directly through our office in Bhutan or through your local licensed travel agent. You may contact us directly for any enquiries and/or reservations.

While booking your tour, your money remitted directly in advance to Jamgany Tours & Travels is securely held by the Bhutan National Bank under the authority of the Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB), a Government regulating body until your trip has taken place. This means that your money remains safe, and if for any reason the trip gets cancelled then the government will not release your money to BGT but will refund it to you subject to any stipulated cancellation charges.

Regarding the payment of your trip, please contact us in writing or by phone. We recommend that payment should be made at least two months in advance so that we can make all the arrangement for your trip and send you a final confirmation and your information pack.
